RocketSiloPrototype.satellite_shadow_animation is not marked optional

RocketSiloPrototype.satellite_shadow_animation is not marked as optional even tho it apparently is since the game base game does not define it either.

Thanks for report, fixed the doc with the next version. Note that satellite_animation is also optional, that doc will be fixed too.
