[0.17.61] "Unexpected Error" on startup after customising mod settings.

Only mod settings (startup) changed are:

ShinyBobGFX "Enable colored electric furnaces" unchecked
Bob's Ores Unchecked Water ores
Bob's Mining unchecked water pumpjacks

On game restart (to apply settings) got the current log which is also attached.

It did this twice then loaded into the game on the third attempt. it failed on the prototype stage (around 15% loading) both times.

Windows 10 64 bit, Steam "Factorio [0.17.x]"

I am getting this error after update too. It crashes during factorio startup loading everytime.

EDIT: Works fine when I disable bobplates Works fine when I disable bobplates and bobpower
